The Valley of Rhèmes and in particular the Gran Paradiso National Park with his visitors centres is an attraction both in winter and in summer with his steinbocks, marmots, refuges ( the photo on the left reproduces the Rifugio Benevolo), trekkings, the blooming and approachable flora and protected wildlife. At Christmas the ski school organizes the torchlight procession for everybody.

Rhemes Notre Dame is situated at 18 km from Villeneuve and is easily reached ( at only 3km far from the motorway exit of Aosta Ovest)
